Architectural Associate
Motivated candidates with a strong construction drawing and architectural design skills. The successful candidate should have extensive expertise in commercial projects to assume the responsibility for design, planning, coordinating, development and construction documents.
Qualifications
Masters or Bachelor degree in architecture from an accredited school.
3-7 years of experience working in an Architectural firm.
Proficiency in Microstation V8i or Autocad and Microsoft Office
Ability to lead smaller projects independently as well as collaborate on larger-scale projects with other team members. Able to work effectively, balancing demands on multiple projects at various stages of development.
Able to develop designs and construction drawings with understanding of building systems, sustainability requirements, accessibility and code compliance for solutions that are unique and engaging while tailored to client’s vision and project requirements.
Strong collaboration and effective communication skills
Architectural Intern
Enthusiastic entry level (0 - 3 years) architectural drafter/ designer for a full-time position. Successful candidate will assist senior staff with projects in all phases of architecture.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in architecture from an accredited school.
0-3 years of experience in an architect's office.
Proficiency in Microstation V8i or Autocad and Microsoft Office
Detail oriented, accurate, organized, and adaptable with efficient multitasking skills
Team player willing to work towards deadlines and have good communication skills
